How these numbers are counted
Participants are distinct signed-in accounts or guest email addresses. Older submissions without either count individually. Emails captured counts distinct addresses, regardless of whether a reward has been unlocked.
Submissions, participants, email totals and unlocks use submissions created in the selected period. Unlocks reflect their current status, including instant completions. The unlock rate is unlocked submissions divided by all submissions in that period.
Visits, action opens and reward opens are events during the selected period. Repeated events can count more than once, and an event can come from someone who submitted in an earlier period. These totals are not a matched cohort conversion funnel.

What is a gate?
A gate is your standalone, shareable reward page. You choose something to give, ask for one simple action, and share a link. People complete the action to unlock their reward.
Why create a SocialGate account?
Your free account lets you publish and manage gates, deliver rewards without sending individual DMs, collect participant email contacts, review proof when you need it, and see the journey from page visits to reward access. You can build your first gate before you sign up.
Do people need an account to unlock my reward?
An email address or a signed-in account is required for each claim. Guests provide their email without creating an account. They receive a durable receipt where they can return to check a decision or access an approved reward.
What can I offer?
An external link to your files, an exclusive page, a shared discount or access code, or a set of unique codes. Host downloadable files with your preferred service and add that link to your gate.
Are social actions verified?
Instant delivery uses self-reported completion: people confirm that they completed your action. It does not verify social activity. With creator review, people submit screenshot proof and you decide whether to approve the reward.
